1. Your Legal Rights

All doors supplied by us are manufactured to the specific measurements and specifications provided by the customer. As such, these products are considered custom-made and personalised items.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel or return goods does not apply to items that are made to a customer’s bespoke requirements.

Therefore, once an order has been confirmed and the goods have been manufactured and delivered, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Refunds

Where a return is accepted (for example, in cases of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods), refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

All returned goods must be inspected upon receipt before a refund is issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned items do not meet our return conditions.
